Ingredients
Skewers
Boneless chicken breasts
Red onion
Colored peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
Wishbone Italian dressing
Soy Vay Teriyaki
Preparation
Soak skewers in water for approximately 30 minutes so they don’t burn when you are cooking with them.
Skewer chicken with sliced onion, peppers, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms
Skewer vegetables - rotate vegetables as you skewer them.
Marinate kabobs in Wishbone Italian dressing and Soy Vay Teriyaki for 2-3 hours.
Grilling Tips
Grill kabobs on the stovetop or bbq and finish cooking them in a 350 degree oven for 15-30 minutes. Be sure not to
overcook or the chicken will be dry.
