Artichoke Spinach Dip





Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichokes drained and chopped

  • 1 package of frozen chopped spinach defrosted and drained

  • 1 cup of lite mayo

  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups of colby  jack shredded cheese

  • Paprika, salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake on a 350 degree oven for 45-1 hour.
